For the first time, the Palace of Princess Yusupova will hold in her historical walls the jewelry exhibition “Treasures of St. Petersburg”, popular in our city, from November 14 to 17, 2019. This time, visitors will be able to get acquainted with exclusive products of the authors-masters and a large assortment of jewelry from leading jewelry factories, as well as visit an open forum with discussions on the most relevant topics of the jewelry business.

Right from the entrance you will be greeted by the magnificent front staircase of the palace, which will lead you through the five front rooms. Authors-jewelers, representatives of Russian enterprises producing precious jewelry and local design workshops will personally meet you in each hall.
A jewelry exhibition will open the palace for only 4 days: over 50,000 jewelry and no store margins. A huge assortment will consist of: jewelry made of gold and silver from manufacturers of Kostroma, Moscow, St. Petersburg and other regions of Russia, Yakut diamonds and Ural emeralds, handmade jewelry, precious stones and minerals, pearl and amber products, Kubachinsky and exclusive silverware, business souvenirs, antiques, branded jewelry and accessories.
Within the framework of the forum, an open lecture will be held for those who are directly connected or interested in the jewelry sphere. November 15, from 12 to 14 hours, a round table will be held for the owners of the jewelry business on the topic "Changes in the law - how will we work next?" They will discuss new forms of reporting to Rosfinmonitoring for jewelers, the required list of documents, and how to provide information correctly. On November 14, from 13 to 15 hours an open master class will be held for those who want to learn jewelry sales from teachers of the Art Lyceum named after Carla Faberge. Free lectures will be held for everyone on Saturday and Sunday: November 16 (12.30 - 13.30) representatives of the Russian Gems jewelry factory will hold a lecture on the theme “Jewelry technologies: history and modernity”, November 17 (12.30 - 13.30) teachers of the Art Lyceum named after Karl Faberge will hold an interesting seminar "Is it easy to be a jeweler?" .
The venue for the November exhibition will be the largest cultural center of the city - the Palace of Princess Yusupova. The palace is an architectural monument in the style of the Italian Renaissance and Baroque. Construction began in 1852 and completed in 1858. Architect, project author - Ludwig Bonnstedt, artist - V.S. Gardeners. The design of the palace was also proposed by the famous architect Harald Bosse, but was not accepted by the princess. The ceremonial interiors and the decoration of the palace were thought up personally by the princess and basically survived to this day.
