Plody Prosvescheniya theatre

Theater “Plody Prosvescheniya” (literally “The Fruits of Enlightenment”) - part of a unique project - “Marvellous City” - in the mall “Grand Canyon”. Date of the theater’s foundation - December 9, 2011. This is the first professionally equipped stage area in the north of St. Petersburg.

The basis of the current repertoire includes performances for children of all ages: preschool from three years old, primary school and adolescents. “Plody Prosvescheniya” - the only stage in St. Petersburg, which unites the best children theater productions from all over the city, of all different genres: music, drama, puppetry and circus.

In addition to performances for children the theatre presents repertoire for an adult audience: dramas, concerts, ballet, operas and so on.

The theater also executes important social function such as collaboration with not-for-profit organizations, which organize free performances for disabled children.
