The staff of 'AskMeSPb/I know the city' service will be easily recognizable on the street: you can define them because of the uniform with ‘AskMeSPb’ inscription. The young people will have a bag with information materials and maps of the city, and tourists can get it free if they ask them.
Young People will work in two shifts: from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and from 2p.m. to 8 p.m., covering almost the entire period of tourist activity.
The staff of the service will be able to move around the city on Segways. The duty will be held on the territory of the Admiralteisky and Central areas of St. Petersburg: Spit of Vasilyevsky Island, the Church of the Savior on Blood, the Bronze Horseman, Gostiny Dvor, Palace Square, Kazan Cathedral and Art Square.
Because of the conduction of the biggest city and sports events, the duty stations may be changed. In 2018, during FIFA World Cup, the staff worked near Gazprom Arena. Also, AskMeSpb staff collaborates with tourist police. Guests are provided with operative help at the police station.
