Russia is resuming flight connection with Finland, Vietnam, India and Qatar

Air traffic with those countries is to begin on the 27th of January. The appropriate order has been signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
The citizens and residents of the states mentioned above will be allowed to enter Russia via its air checkpoints. Russian people, in their turn, will also be able to fly to any of those countries.
Earlier on, considering the pandemic situation in separate countries, the emergency operation center of Russia decided on their summing of international air connection with those states on a reciprocal basis on the 27th of January. Flights to Vietnam (Moscow - Hanoi), India (Moscow–Deli), Finland (Moscow – Helsinki and St. Petersburg – Helsinki) will take place twice a week. Flights to Qatar (Moscow – Doha) will happen three times a week.
