The «Saint Petersburg's Book Lighthouse» festival will be held in the Northern capital

This year the festival will be dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the birth of Fyodor Mikhailovich Dostoevsky.

Next Friday the Russian National Library will host the «Saint Petersburg's Book Lighthouse» international festival for all lovers of literature, poetry and music. This year its program will be dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the birth of Fyodor Dostoevsky, according to the city's Committee for Press and Interaction with Media.

It is reported that the festival will have a different topic each day:

February 12:«KNOW YOURSELF». Prose, poetry and music about yourself and your life, philosophical panderings and life values, deep experiences and research of the soul.

February 13:«SUCH A BEAUTIFUL WORLD». Texts, music and senses about the pristine and unique beauty of the environment.

February 14:«ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE». Creative works about love on Saint Valentine's Day. The highest crystallization of feelings in texts, sounds and senses in any language.

It is planned to hold more than 100 different events in total. All meetings will be streamed on line on the festival's Youtube channel and partner channels daily from 12:00to 24:00. Interactive participation is possible, everyone can ask questions. To do this, just register on the festival's website, receive the program, choose the topics of interest and join the stream in time.
