21.2 degrees below zero was recorded in the City on the Neva River.

The last night has become the coldest in Saint Petersburg since the beginning of winter. The temperature dropped to minus 21.2 degrees. It was told by the leading specialist of the Phobos Weather Center Mikhail Leus. The previous record was set on 5 February - 19.5 degrees below zero.
