The restoration of the "Roller Coaster" pavilion continues In Oranienbaum. The specialists restored the facade of the building at the end of last year and now they are engaged in interiors.
It is reported that the "Emperor's Fun" museum, dedicated to the imperial entertainments, will be opened after the completion of all work in the pavilion.
“It will be a multimedia museum, unusual, somewhat childish. Those phenomena that are not mentioned in the Peterhof Museum will be presented here. For example, the expositions about balls and hunting, which Catherine II was engaged in in Oranienbaum,” - the Saint Petersburg TV channel quotes Elena Kalnitskaya, the General Director of the Peterhof State Museum Reseve.
We add that the restoration is planned to be completed by the end of 2021; the pavilion will be open for visitors in 2022.
