coronavirus arriving in Phuket not to undergo quarantine since July 1.
To prepare Phuket for opening to tourists in Thailand, they intend to vaccinate at least 70% of the island's inhabitants. About 930 thousand doses of coronavirus vaccines will be distributed among the local population. If this practice is successfully applied, it will be extended to other tourist regions.
It is also reported that from April 1st, it is planned to reduce the quarantine for those arriving in the country from 14 to 10 days. For vaccinated people, the mandatory quarantine stay from April will be reduced to seven days. Vaccination must be done no later than 14 days before arrival in Thailand, and no earlier than three months before travel.
