From April 1 to 3, 2021, the 16th International tourism exhibition Intourmarket was held at the Expocenter on Krasnaya Presnya. Visitors could take part in the action organized by the regions of Russia and tourist information centers.
Participants of the campaign earned bonus points for visiting the stands. The secret code had to be obtained from the staff of the tourist information centers and entered in the messenger RussiaTravel.club. Visitors to the stands of the North-West regions were awarded additional bonuses.
Prizes were awarded daily among the participants who scored the maximum number of points. As a result of the campaign, 60 gifts were given out provided by tourist information centers. Every day 10 branded prizes of the project «Silver Necklace of Russia» were also awarded. In total, more than 1000 people have taken part in the action during the exhibition.
"For the first time at the tourist exhibition, a technology was implemented that allows using messengers not only to motivate visitors to visit different stands, but also to provide an opportunity for further interaction with the audience. Gamification of the exhibition allowed to attract more visitors to the stands to introduce them to the tourist information centers. At the end of 3 days, more than 2,500 photos and reviews were uploaded to the messengers of «RussiaTravel.club», " comments Mikhail Ushakov, Director of the TIC Partnership.
The points accumulated at the Intourmarket exhibition can also be exchanged for valuable prizes in future trips to Russia within the framework of the federal bonus program RussiaTravel.club.
