The number of regular international flights from and to St. Petersburg is increasing

The Operational Headquarters for Air Traffic of the Federal Air Transport Agency of Russia adopted new decisions on September 2, 2021.

On the territory of the Russian Federation, from September 10, 2021, the number of regular flights to the United Arab Emirates, Finland and Germany will be increased. In particular, the number of weekly flights on the St. Petersburg-Dubai route increased from one to seven.

The frequency of flights to Helsinki from St. Petersburg increased from seven to 14 flights per week.

Flights on these routes will be operated on a reciprocal basis by Russian and foreign airlines.

Thanks to the new decisions of the Operational Headquarters of the Russian Federation for Air Traffic, more opportunities are opening up for tourists from the Persian Gulf countries to come to the northern capital, who are beginning to travel abroad more actively as restrictions ease.
