Surrealistic interiors of the place which bring its guests to the atmosphere reminiscent of Balinese Ubud are made in eclectic style with ethnic notes: in every hall of this space you can endlessly look at pieces of art, artifacts, furniture and re-materials that were collected all over the world or were made especially for Mr.Pinky.
Entrance to the restaurant is through the barbershop, with a password. The secret phrase refers to a dodgy adventurer from Asia, a mysterious millionaire and even a gangster - Mr Pinky. The personality of this passionate collector, aesthete and avid traveller has been at the core of the restaurant's concept. Particular attention has been paid to sound design, which is an important part of the gastronomic journey. Exclusive soundtracks created by musicians and DJs will be sure to accompany you inside the space, responsible for the right atmosphere.
But the biggest discovery will be the menu and cocktail list of the restaurant: all Mr.Pinky's dishes and drinks influence not only receptors, but emotions as well: hence the original serving and exotic tastes that will surprise even fastidious gourmets. Chef Igor Alikov (ex-Cococo and Futura) is responsible for the menu, and regularly, about once a month, he mixes up the menu by removing certain items and adding others. The chef has focused on Asian cuisine as well as on introducing seasonal Russian products from Siberia - note the octopus confit with parmesan sauce and potato gnocchi, the duck with foiegras sauce and pumpkin gratin, the tuna tataki with watermelon sauce with the addition of tarragon.
