the Mariinsky Theatre opens its doors to fans of the symphony orchestra, which will be led by the pianist Konstantin Emelyanov

On September 22, at 19:00, Musicians conducted by Benoit Fromanger will perform works by Franz Schubert: Symphony No. 5 in b-flat major, D 485 and piano Concerto No. 5 in e-flat major, Op. 73, Symphony No. 5 in C minor, Op. 62 by Ludwig van Beethoven.
The soloist of the concert will be Konstantin Emelyanov, a Russian pianist, the laureate of all-Russian and international competitions. He also leads an active concert activity and takes part in musical projects and festivals, collaborates with such musicians as Yury Bashmet, Alexander Sladovsky, Denis Matsuev, Alexander Ramm and other famous musicians.
A Russian newspaper described Konstantin Emelyanov as "such a quiet superstar: there is no fashionable aggressiveness in him, but it is impossible to stop listening his playing. A clear head, a good soul, an unusual, caressing ear sound."
Also, his solo concert will take place on September 27 at 20:00 the program will be based on works by Ludwig van Beethoven and Johann Sebastian Bach: Aria with variations in the Italian style, BWV 989.
