The Consulting Center will start working under the agreement between St. Petersburg’s "Labor Resources Center" and "Bronka Group" on the implementation of measures of the state program "Promotion of Employment in St. Petersburg" in terms of attracting labor migrants needed by employers in the city.
Specialists of the Center will provide comprehensive support for foreigners from recruiting to employment. One of the areas will be assistance in the redistribution of labor migrants who, due to the pandemic, have lost their jobs in certain urban sectors.
«It is important for us to realization of the agreement will be aimed, first of all, at the legalization of labor relations with foreign citizens. This, among other things, will allow to increase the collection of taxes in the city budget”, - says Aleksey Chistyakov, director of the SPb GAU«Labor Resources Center».
In the migration center, it will be possible to draw up a full package of documents for obtaining a labor patent. Qualified employees will advise foreigners and select vacancies based on qualifications, experience and wishes. In the future, it is planned to train foreign citizens in accordance with the needs of the employer. Labor migrants selected in the countries of origin for the request of St. Petersburg enterprises will also receive help.
