A new urban cultural space, where in two courtyards connected by a boulevard there are restaurants, bars, night clubs, clothing boutiques and souvenir shops, the only guitar workshop in the city, a unique coffee shop where they give candles with coffee and predict the future, on Sundays - a free cinema and weekly concerts, master classes and events for everyone. The space has a permanent art gallery of sculptures and paintings, author's art objects have been installed, which have already been chosen by tourists as a background for photo sessions.
