Pevcheskaya tower is a project of the Gutsait Group holding, which combines two formats: gastronomic and cultural.
On the first floor is the Sochi hall. Here you can dine, in the self-service format or by choosing dishes from the main menu.

In the left wing there is a shop of exclusive gifts and souvenirs. Here you will find designer jewelry, works of artists, metal and wood craftsmen, clothing items that are created in a single copy and other interesting things.

On the second floor there is the Odessa hall, where live music concerts are held from Wednesday to Sunday. Here you can sit in the central area on cozy sofas or in one of three separate locations. Nearby is the Karaoke hall.

On the third floor you will find the China hall. Here, chef Yuyin Chang prepares dishes exactly as is customary in the Celestial Empire.

The fourth, fifth and sixth floors are occupied by apartments.

On the seventh floor, the Vodka-bar has a variety of vodka varieties. Such a quantity will surprise not only a tourist.

At the very top of the Tower there is an observation deck. From here you can see the Catherine Palace in all its glory, part of the park, the Catherine Cathedral and the roofs of Pushkin.

Moving along the floors of the Pevcheskaya tower you will feel that it preserves a special atmosphere. The building of the water tower has been restored by Sergei Gutsait since 2009. And now the Tower looks from the outside as it was once conceived by the architect Alexander Vidov.

Some of the preserved historical water tower structures can be seen in the foyer through the glass floor. The interior spaces are adapted for modern use.
