The Krestovy Bridge
Dvortsovaya ul., 2A | Pushkin
The Krestovy bridge is located at the corner of Krestov channel on the left side from entrance in park.
The project of the bridge is borrowed from the popular album of British architects B. and D. Halfpenny "Rural Architecture in the Chinese style". Although the idea was not original, its detailed design and implementation demanded great skill from the performers. V. Neelov began construction, and his son I. Neelov finished it in 1779. They coped brilliantly with the difficult task.
