When working on Benois 1890, the task was not easy: to preserve the historical appearance of the buildings, adapting them to a modern public purpose in compliance with current regulations. Based on archival data and historical photographs, the designers, together with KGIOP, carried out painstaking work in stages. In 2015, GC "Best" completely restored all three historical buildings.

The public space "Benois 1890" - a new life for the forest dairy farm of Y.Yu. Benois. Today, Benua 1890 includes:
