Here you can try difficulty climbing on a climbing wall up to 13 meters high or rock climbing in a bouldering hall with a climbing wall no higher than 4.5 meters. A large selection of programs for beginners, as well as training for children from 4 years old.  Stretching classes are held here, including for children from 10 years old, as well as regular yoga classes.

The total area (more than 2100 m2) accommodates not only three types of climbing walls and a fitness zone, but also a trampoline arena, a huge foam pit, a loft area for relaxation and a cafe. The indoor space allows you to organize training, corporate or festive events in any weather conditions and with any number of guests.

Children's sports club "Children of the Captain" conducts training up to 5 times a week, and also organizes sports camps, trips to natural terrain and a city camp during school holidays.
