Independent theatre of comedy, clowning and improvisation
The “Comic-Trust” Theatre was created in 1991 by theatre director Vladimir Fisson and his wife, Honored Artist of Russia Natalia Fisson. The project received its permanent premises in 1997. The theatre's repertoire includes experimental performances in various formats: a New Year's farce, a poetic performance "Wow ... Party!", a "Letterboat" performance, tragicomedies "White History" and "Spam for the Fuhrer".
The “Comic-Trust” has produced a number of street performances, such as "Snail Rhapsody", "Anthony and Cleopatra". The troupe also staged a children's play "900 flakes of snow", dedicated to the blockade of the city during Great Patriotic War. It is shown in the Museum of the Defense and Blockade of Leningrad. Theatre managers draw adults and children with disabilities to participate in productions. Poetry evenings are regularly held here, where anyone can read their poems from the stage.
