The prayer for real Georgian cuisine has been heard by Ginza Project: in the restaurant you can try what made the small but proud Megrelia famous and became its calling card - rich kharcho!

Western Georgia is rich in culinary traditions. The restaurant "Khochu Kharcho" has collected all the "juiciest" Megrelian dishes - khachapuri with a traditional filling of suluguni cheese, aromatic chakhokhbili and, of course, rich kharcho.


The brand chef of the establishment and the soul of Ginza Project Izo Dzandzava is privy to all the secrets of Megrelian housewives. Just like in her homeland, she always puts hazelnuts in kharcho, and brings a special adjika for the restaurant's signature dish with her from trips home.


The homely cozy interior of "Khochu Kharcho" is conducive to leisurely meetings and heartfelt conversations. Two floors and a summer veranda can accommodate three hundred people, but the feeling of gatherings in a narrow circle is preserved thanks to the thoughtful zoning of the restaurant space.
