A restaurant in an old St. Petersburg apartment, located in a historical place on the Moika River embankment. EM is one of only a few restaurants in the world that uses an English cast-iron AGA oven for cooking.
An exquisite signature restaurant that you can't get into without an appointment. There's only one small room, part of which is an open kitchen: you can watch the team of chefs under the direction of Eduard Muradyan prepare and serve dishes. The set menu changes every month, and usually has six courses. The wine list only includes Old World wines. This is a "closed" establishment: you can only visit the restaurant by contacting the owner directly.
