Zazazu

#
Wine bar and shop at Rubinstein street

The word "zazazu" is used in England to describe a feeling of delight or a state when butterflies fly in the stomach. The wine bar operates in Dovlatov's house, the entrance to the establishment is from the courtyard. The premises are divided into two zones: a bar and a main one with an open kitchen. The "Zazazu" menu fits on one page, the emphasis in it is on snacks to go with wine. For example, they serve olives and brie cheese, sautéed shrimp and salami with truffle. The wine list has about 20 names, all of which are poured by the glass. Among them are classic Burgundy pinot noir, fashionable Catalan orange and biodynamic from Slovenia.
