A restaurant of signature cuisine at the five-star Hotel "Indigo St. Petersburg-Tchaikovskogo". Located in the historical center of the city, on 2 floors of an old XIX century mansion at Tchaikovsky Street.
The menu of the restaurant "Wine and Water" presents the author's cuisine, where each dish is a carefully thought-out combination of flavors and bright presentation. The carefully designed wine list contains about 100 names of exclusive wines from small European and Russian wineries, and for special occasions, guests are offered premium "Burgundy".
Considerable attention is paid to water: about 50 types of drinks from Russia, Georgia and Europe are presented in a mirror cabinet. The pride of the restaurant are its signature desserts. From the terrace located on the 7th floor, visitors have a unique panoramic view of the sights of the historical center of the city.
