The yacht club “Baltiets” is the largest yacht and boat club in St. Petersburg and one of the largest in Russia. There are about 900 vessels based in it, about 100 of them are sailing ships. The club has been working for more than 40 years. Here people of all ages can sail and study seamanship. “Baltiets” has a children’s sailing school, a club of sailors “Navigator” for schoolchildren and a rowing section for adults. You can start training with any level of experience and physical fitness. The club hosts more than 40 sports competitions and championships every year. Moreover, members of the club frequently go on long voyages and trips in the Baltic, White, Mediterranean Seas and other directions under the guidance of experienced sailors. In winter, the club offers gym and ice rink services as well as theoretical classes.
