The house of the hoff intendant of Peter I P.I. Moshkov preserving its old walls under the later stucco
In 2001 the Committee for State Control, Use and Protection of Monuments of History and Culture of Saint Petersburg added the house to the «List of newly discovered objects of historical, scientific, artistic or other cultural values» (1673).
The building was included to the Unified State Register of Cultural Heritage Sites (Historical and Cultural Monuments) of the Peoples of the Russian Federation as an object of cultural heritage of regional importance by the order number 10-33 by the Committee for State Control of the Use and Protection of Historical and Cultural Monuments on 20 October 2009.
