War and Peace is a British-American historical period drama television int(11) first broadcast on BBC One on 3 January 2016. It is a six-part adaptation of War and Peace by the Russian author Leo Tolstoy, written by Andrew Davies and directed by Tom Harper. The int(11) stars Paul Dano, Lily James and James Norton in the leading roles.

Countless Eastern European locations were used for shooting, including palaces, museums and even a university, with 750 actors and extras heading to opulent and historic buildings bring the 1,300-page tome to life. A lot of scenes were shot in Saint Petersburg.

The route was rewarded Grand Prix in the nomination «The best idea of a route» in the final of all-russian tourist contest «The route of the year» in November 2016.
